Manufacturing Process

Leather, ultra-leather and fabric are materials with specific properties. For the safe storage of these materials it is recommended that they are stored at temperatures of 50-70°F and relative humidity of 30% to 60% to keep their normal conditions and properties.

Before we start the process of cutting leather it is necessary to mark the leather identifying all damaged areas, defects and blemishes. This is how we avoid the use of damaged leather in our dress covers and meet our customers quality requirements.

We select this system when cutting leather to make sure that all the parts are exactly the same. These parts come out from the same die. Cutting piece by piece using this system helps the operator to select the best leather areas to cut any particular part.

The cutting process of fabric is different than leather. To cut our fabrics we use our hand cutting machine. We stack the material in layers allowing us to cut several layers of fabric at once.

Here is where we sew all single parts together until all parts are completely put together. Sewing of fabrics or leather involves different machines for different sewing steps required to finish the product.
